These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WebRise’s website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
By accessing and using WebRise services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Any changes to the project scope may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:
You retain all rights to materials you provide to us. You grant us a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. WebRise retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
We retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, methodologies, and any general knowledge or skills developed during the project.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received from the other party during the course of the working relationship. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms.
WebRise provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebRise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebRise and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Either party may terminate the service agreement:
Upon termination, you remain liable for all payments due for work completed.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
These Terms, together with any project-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and WebRise regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
WebRise reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
